Agitation, anxiety, back pain, dizziness, headache, infection, irritability, muscle cramps or spasms, nasal inflammation, nervousness, numbness in hands and feet, pain, tension, weakness, fatigue, loss of energy or tiredness

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:Back pain; diarrhea; dizziness or lightheadedness when siting up or standing; headache; infection; nervousness; pain; runny nose; trouble sleeping; upset stomach.
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); chest pain; drowsiness; fatigue; irregular heartbeat; muscle cramps; numbness of your hands or feet; pounding in the chest; rapid heartbeat; unusual tiredness; urination problems; weakness; yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Stop using this medication and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:-
dry mouth, thirst, nausea, vomiting;

feeling weak, drowsy, restless, or light-headed;

fast or uneven heartbeat; or

muscle pain or weakness.
Less serious side effects may include:

Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

Signs and symptoms of an imbalance of water or potassium in the body
Dryness of mouth; increased thirst; irregular heartbeat; mood or mental changes; muscle cramps or pain; nausea or vomiting; unusual tiredness or weakness; weak pulse
Rare
Skin rash, itching, or hives
Other side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. However, check with your doctor if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome:
Less common or rare
Diarrhea; dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when getting up from a lying or sitting position; headache; loss of appetite; trouble in sleeping; stomach upset
Other side effects not listed above may also occur in some patients. If you notice any other effects, check with your doctor.
